Fuzzy Dino Labs ("we", "us", or "our") is deeply committed to protecting the online privacy of children and families. This Children & Family Privacy Policy explains our data practices for our child-directed mobile games and applications (our "Child-Directed Apps").
This policy is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / GDPR-K) in the European Economic Area and UK, the Google Play Families Policy, and Apple's App Store Review Guidelines for Kids Category apps.
1. Summary: Our Child-Safe Commitment
In our child-directed applications:
- We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) from children.
- We do not conduct behavioral advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
- We do not require user accounts or public social profiles.
- We do not request access to precise location (GPS), contacts, microphone, or camera.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not request, collect, or store any personal information from child users, including:
- First and last names
- Physical addresses or geolocation coordinates (GPS)
- Email addresses or phone numbers
- Photos, videos, or audio recordings
- Social media identifiers or contact lists
- Biometric identifiers
3. Information Stored Locally & Non-Personal Technical Data
To provide a smooth, enjoyable gameplay experience, our apps may process limited non-personal technical data:
- Local Gameplay Data: Puzzle progress, high scores, unlocked levels, and sound/graphics settings are saved locally on your device or via secure, anonymous platform cloud saves (Apple Game Center / Google Play Games) where permitted by parental settings.
- Anonymous Performance & Crash Diagnostics: Aggregated, non-identifiable technical data (e.g., device model, OS version, crash logs) to diagnose software bugs and ensure stability. No persistent personal identifiers are tied to these reports.
4. Advertising in Child-Directed Apps
If advertisements are shown in our child-directed games, we strictly enforce the following safety standards:
- Contextual & Non-Personalized Ads Only: Ads are served strictly based on the context of the game and are never personalized based on user interest profiling or tracking across third-party apps.
- Google Play Certified Families Ad Networks: We only integrate certified family-safe ad networks that comply with Google Play's Families Policy and COPPA regulations.
- Child-Directed Flags: Ad SDKs (such as Google AdMob) are explicitly initialized with child-directed treatment flags (e.g.,
tagForChildDirectedTreatment: true and Maximum Ad Content Rating set to G).
5. In-App Purchases & External Links
- In-App Purchases: If optional in-app purchases or subscriptions are available, all payment processing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store any credit card or billing information. In child-directed apps, purchases are guarded behind parental gates or platform-level parental controls.
- Parental Gate for External Links: Any external links (such as to our website or app stores) are placed behind a verified Parental Gate to prevent accidental navigation by children.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
Our child-directed games only use trusted SDKs and services configured strictly in family-compliant mode:
- Google AdMob (Families Certified): Configured exclusively for non-personalized, family-safe advertisements with COPPA child-directed flags enabled.
- Firebase Crashlytics / Google LLC: Used solely for anonymous crash diagnostics and performance monitoring.
- Apple / Google In-App Billing: Secure purchase verification handled entirely by the respective platform stores.
7. Parental Rights & Choices
Parents and legal guardians have the right under COPPA and GDPR-K to:
- Review any information collected from their child (if any exists).
- Request the immediate deletion of any data associated with their child.
- Refuse any further collection or use of their child's data.
